The 30-month loan provides money for the acquisition of the Property and addiitional dollars for future renovation/construction work once approved.

The site currently includes 3,307 SF of short-term rental residential units above 8,682 SF of ground-floor retail, leased to Christie’s Cookies, Draper James, and Summer Classics. The Property also includes an adjacent parcel that is currently operated as a surface parking lot.
