ABP Capital closed a $2.6MM acquisition loan for two, adjacent retail structures located in Downtown Oakland. One building is a multi-tenanted retail structure consisting of 5,800 RSF, and the other building is a single-tenant auto-repair structure consisting of 5,500 RSF. Situated one block from Broadway, the property is considered very walkable with accessibility to various restaurants, shops, and multi-family structures. C3 worked with the Borrower to quickly underwrite the loan on an expedited closing schedule.
